The strategic acquisition of insurance comparison website, CompareGuru, in 2019 further strengthened the digital footprint of the business. CompareGuru predominantly focuses on Motor and Household Insurance but is being expanded to become a fully click-to-buy insurance marketplace.
We are always looking for new channels to distribute niche insurance products through - specifically low premium, very high volume e-commerce stores and platform businesses. We are also continuously expanding our affiliate networks for our whitelabels.

Neither Surestart Online Financial Services (Pty) Ltd or its representatives owns more than 10 % of issued shares directly or indirectly of any Life Assurer or Financial Product Supplier. Surestart Online Financial Services (Pty) Ltd is not an associated company of any Life Assurer or Product Supplier.
Surestart Online Financial Services (Pty) Ltd did earn more than 30 % of their total commission from one Product Supplier within the past 12 months.
Surestart Online Financial Services (Pty) Ltd and its representatives earn their income from Commissions and/or Fees in respect of financial services rendered to you. These Commissions and/or Fees will be disclosed to you.
From time to time we may receive immaterial financial interests from Product Suppliers or Financial Services Providers. A gift register and a Conflict of Interest Management Policy are available upon request.
The FSP does hold Professional Indemnity Insurance. Surestart Online Financial Services (Pty) Ltd has adopted an Internal Complaints Resolution Policy. Should a complaint arise a copy of our Complaints Policy and Procedure is available upon request.
Surestart Online Financial Services (Pty) Ltd is aware that no FSP may request or induce in any manner a client to waive any right or benefit conferred on a client in terms of the General Code of Conduct for Financial Service Providers and Representatives.
All information obtained or acquired from or about you shall remain confidential unless you provide written consent, or unless Surestart Online Financial Services (Pty) Ltd is required by law to disclosed such information.
